Job Description: Scaffolder
The Scaffolder will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures for various
construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience,
possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to communicate effectively in English. A VCA certification
is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
- Ensure scaffolding is secure and stable at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect scaffolding for defects or weaknesses and report any issues.
- Load and unload scaffolding equipment from trucks and transport to work sites.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with site managers and other construction professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience as a scaffolder.
- Valid driver’s license; Own car would be a plus.
- Ability to speak and understand communicative English.
- Not afraid of heights and able to work comfortably at various elevations.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.
- VCA certification is a plus.
€600-€650 net after all expenses such as: accommodation, insurance and taxes.
