Job description: CNC Programmer
We are looking for a highly motivated CNC Programmer (turner or miller) who can work
independently and contribute to our production efficiency. The successful candidate will be
responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and
adherence to quality standards. This role requires expertise in creating, modifying, and
troubleshooting CNC programs independently.
Responsibilities:
- CNC Programming:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations using CAM software.
- Independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Technical Expertise:
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate and efficient
CNC programs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that manufactured components meet specified
tolerances and quality standards. - Perform in-process inspections and make necessary program adjustments to maintain quality.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot programming and machining issues independently.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve production challenges and optimize processes.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM) and CNC machine operation.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in english.
- Driver’s license B; Own car would be a plus
Salary: 650-750 euro net. Weekly after all expenses like accommodation, insurance and taxes.
